The LOWPOWER LP4074B5F PMIC - Battery Management SOT23-5 RoHS is a power management integrated circuit (PMIC), designed to protect lithium-ion battery cells from overcharge, over discharge, and overtemperature conditions. It features a high-speed control loop which accurately controls cell voltages and temperatures and provides high-accuracy under-voltage detection and overvoltage protection. The LP4074B5F PMIC has five SOT23-5 packages for simple integration with other components.
