The LR7536-M is a low dropout voltage regulator manufactured by LR. The regulator is available in a SOT89-3 RoHS package, which is a three-pin, surface-mount device. It offers a low operating voltage input range of 2.2V to 17V, and a high current output of 500mA. It features low current consumption, low output noise, low output voltage ripple, and excellent line and load regulation. The LDO is ideal for applications such as power management, battery-powered systems, mobile devices, and LED backlighting. It can also be used in automotive environments. It features protection against over-temperature, over-voltage, and reverse current protection as well as a fast transient response.
