Additional Infomation About Product

MADC-010736-TR0500 is a power transistor module manufactured by MACOM. It is a surface-mount device designed for high-efficiency power amplifiers used in wireless applications operating in the frequency range of 890 to 915MHz with output power up to 25W. The device is a 12-lead SOT-89 package and consists of 157 Line N type power transistors with a single mode insertion switch. It has a high DC current gain and low gate-source capacitance. The module is suitable for use in ISM applications, such as portable communication systems, and can operate up to a temperature of +150 °C.
