's MDS-158 series The MDS-158-PIN is a high linearity, high power active receive diversity device developed by MACOM. This receive diversity device features a wideband, digitally controlled BST-based amplifier with high linearity and low phase noise. It also features a built-in temperature compensation loop, which maintains linearity and stability over wide ambient operating temperature ranges. The device is suitable for applications in Wi-Fi, 4G/LTE, unlicensed 5G, and public safety systems. It is available in a 3x3 mm 24-pin plastic QFN surface mount package.
