The MX29GL512EHXFI-10Q is a 512Mb Flash Memory IC from Macronix. It is a 3.3V CMOS Flash Memory device that is organized as 65,536 x 8 bits. It features high speed burst read and quad-I/O read operations, enabling faster data access. It is composed of advanced Multi-Level Cell (MLC) technology, providing high memory density with lower cost than traditional Single-Level Cell (SLC) technology.
