The 10TBJ04 is a Marathon electric motor, a type of high-performance, industrial-grade motor that is commonly used in industrial applications, such as pumps, fans, blowers, conveyors and mixers. The 10TBJ04 is a thermally protected, totally enclosed, fan cooled motor that operates at 230 Volts and 13.3 Amps (3-horsepower). It features a standard NEMA 56J frame size, with a 7/8" keyed shaft and threaded conduit boxes for easy wiring. The motor has 4-pole, closed drip proof construction with sealed ball bearings and class B insulation. It is designed to operate reliably up to 40 degrees Celsius ambient temperature and is equipped with internal self-resetting thermal protection, providing automatic motor shutdown if over-temperature occurs. The motor is UL and CSA approved and is designed to last for up to 10,000 hours of continuous use.
