The MT7201C with LED Drivers SOT-89-5 RoHS by MAXIC is a fully integrated LED driver solution for low power, high resolution displays. It provides two programmable PMOS power switches, allowing designers to adjust the supply current as required. The device also integrates a pair of 12V/2mA current mirroring LED sinks to allow designers to achieve more uniform LED light intensity over a wide range of operating conditions. The IC also includes a feature that allows the LED driver to be disabled without requiring an external driver, saving system power. The MT7201C is RoHS compliant and is packaged in a SOT-89-5 form factor.
