The SP3070EEN-LTR is a part of MaxLinear's SP3070E Series of transceivers. It is an ESD-protected (±15 kV) RS-485/RS-422 transceiver with a data rate of 250 kbps. It has an NSOIC-14 package and incorporates a high-speed differential line driver and receiver for RS-485/RS-422 data communications. The integrated ESD protection increases robustness when deployed in automotive, industrial, and consumer applications. It also provides enhanced protection against transient noise and over-voltages while maximizing communication speeds. The device is offered in both RoHS- and non-RoHS-compliant versions.
