The MaxLinear XR21V1410IL16TR-F is a USB Interface IC with 1 channel and a Full Speed USB UART featuring a 256 Byte FIFO. The integrated USB interface allows for easy connection to PC’s and it can be used in industrial, medical or consumer applications. The device has a low power dissipation, small package size and a fast speed, which allows for data transfer rates of up to 12 Mbps for high speed, 3.5 Mbps for full speed, 1.5 Mbps for low speed and 480 kbps for feedback. The device also supports automatic flow control, automatic wake-up on host resume, low latency and enhanced device recognition. The XR21V1410IL16TR-F can be used for applications such as PDA’s, PDAs, embedded systems, mobile phones, digital audio and other handheld devices.
