The Maxscend MXDFG16A1 with RF Switches DFN-5 RoHS is an integrated, dual-die chip featuring two RF switches housed in a 5-pin small outline (DFN) package that supports RoHS standards. It can be used to switch RF signals between antenna and other active components such as power amplifiers and low noise amplifiers. The switches are capable of operating in the 0.4 to 6GHz band and are capable of carrying signals up to 23dBm. The dual-die chip reduces the number of external components needed, making it ideal for space-constrained designs. With an integrated ESD protection circuitry, it is also protected against voltage spikes up to 8kV. It also has an adjustable delay value between 0.4 ns to 1.6 ns, an insertion loss of up to 6 dB, and isolation of 60 dB at 1 GHz.
