Additional Infomation About Product

The TH7122.2ENE-TR is a small and compact Fan Speed Controller IC by Melexis. It combines a low-side MOSFET driver with a smart temperature sensor and an 8-bit 0–100% adjustable duty cycle PWM output. It is specifically designed for applications that require an accurate temperature sensing and control, such as small fans and blowers in various consumer and automotive applications. The TH7122.2ENE-TR features an integrated temperature sensor that provides a precision output of temperatures from -40°C to +125°C suitable for controlling a fan or blower. The fan speed can be adjusted through a simple resistor setting. It also incorporates built-in protection circuit for overvoltage, overcurrent, and over-temperature conditions.
