The 24AA16H-I/MS is a 16K (2048 X 8) Serial Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM) from Microchip Technology. It features a 2-wire serial interface, low-voltage programming, 8MHz clock frequency and read and write times of 5 and 12 ms, respectively. The 24AA16H-I/MS operates on a single 1.8V to 5.5V supply with 04 orders to access data and an automatic write protect. It is housed in an 8-pin PDIP package with a 20 mA maximum current draw. This product is ideal for non-volatile storage, code programs, user presets and general-purpose memory expansion applications.
