The 24LC04BH-I/P is an 8-pin dual-channel Serial Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM) designed by Microchip. It is a 2 x 256 x 8 bit memory with I2C serial communications protocol and uses 2.5 to 5.5V of supply voltage. It has a 400kHz data communication rate and is configured in a DIP-8 package. This part has 1024 bits (128 bytes) of memory storage which is organized into two blocks that are separately accessed via the two-wire serial interface. The 24LC04BH-I/P has an 8-bit device address with lowest three bits can be hard wired to provide the required address and supports an internal write-protect feature for protecting stored data from inadvertent overwrite or corruption. It is a low-power device and offers excellent security for over-temperature, ESD and transient voltage conditions.
