TechnologyThe 24LC1025T-ISM with Microchip Technology EEPROM 1024K 128KX8 2.5V SER EE is a 128K Non-volatile Memory that is part of the 24LC family of serial EEPROMs manufactured by Microchip Technology. It has a 2.5V operating voltage and a 100 kHz I2C bus interface. The 24LC1025T-ISM supports unsigned read and write operations and stores 1024K-bit of data (128Kx8). It also features an EDD (End Device Detect) control bit that can be used to detect the presence of the memory device and a Block Protection Register which provides access control to 96 blocks of memory for security purposes. The 24LC1025T-ISM is available in industry standard 8-pin PDIP, SOIC, and TSSOP packages.
