The 93AA66AX-I/SN part of Microchip is an 8-pin serial electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM) device. It has an extended operating temperature range from -40 C to +125 C (-40 F to +257 F) and provides an endurance of 10,000 write/erase cycles. It comes with a 32 x 8 bit array, 100 kHz clock rate and a Microwire serial interface for fast data transfers.
