This IGBT module is designed for use in motor drives, inverters, and other power switching applications. It features an integrated baseplate that helps to dissipate heat, thereby increasing system reliability and efficiency. The IGBT module includes an integrated protection system that includes current sensing, temperature sensing, and over-voltage protection.
