ARF476FL 500 V, 900 W, 128 MHz RF Power MOSFET Product Overview The ARF476FL is a matched pair of RF power transistors in a common source configuration in a T3C package. It is designed for high-voltage push-pull or parallel operation in narrow band ISM and MRI power amplifiers up to 128 MHz.
