The AT24C02C-PUM is an 8-pin memory chip manufactured by Microchip with a 2K-bit (256 x 8) Serial-2Wire EEPROM . It has a voltage range of 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V and 5V and comes in an 8-Pin PDIP W Bulk package. This chip is used with controller/microcontroller applications to store non-volatile information. It has a fast read access time of 200ns and an endurance of up to 1 million cycles. It supports low voltage operation and comes with power-supply and glitch-free write protection circuitry.
