The AT24C08D-XHM-T is an 8K Serial Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (SEEPROM) with a 2-Wire interface and an 8-pin TSSOP package manufactured by Microchip. It is designed to operate with a wide voltage range from 1.7V to 3.6V and has a fast access time of 1MHz. This memory device also includes an Industrial Temperature Range and has an endurance rating of 1 million write cycles. This EEPROM can be used in a variety of applications which require low cost non-volatile memory access.
