Additional Infomation About Product

The AT24C256C-SSHL-T is an EEPROM with 256K (32K X 8) memory manufactured by Microchip. It is a serial EEPROM with 2-wire I2C interface, has an operating voltage range of 1.8V and is available in a TSSOP-8 package. This device is capable of operation over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and its data retention is 100 years at +25°C. It features write protect and hardware write protect options, and features an autoselect between 120 kHz and 400 kHz protocols. It has an address space of 128 bytes and has a read/write data integrity of greater than 1 MSEC. The write cycle times are up to 5 ms, and the write pulse width is 3uxA for 8 cycles.
