The AT25256B-SSHL-T with EEPROM 256Kb (32K x 8) SPI SOIC-8_150mil RoHS is an electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM) manufactured by Microchip. The device operates on a serial peripheral interface (SPI), allowing for a three-wire serial communication bus. It features an 8-pin dual-in-line package (DIP) with 150 mils of lead pitch in order to provide a space-efficient design for the customer. It is compliant with Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directives issued by the European Union, making it an eco-friendly device.
