Additional Infomation About Product

The AT28LV010-20TU-630 is a UV-erasable programmable read-only memory (UV-EPROM) manufactured by Microchip. It is an 8K x 8 nonvolatile memory organized as 1K x 8 words. The device has a sector write protect feature that blocks access to any one of four 256-byte sectors in the memory array. It features a power-on reset circuit that permits resetting the device in systems that require periodic reconfiguration. The AT28LV010 is capable of both byte-wide and page write operations for fast programming. The device is available in Space-Saving Packages, is battery backed and operates over an extended temperature range of -40C to +85C.
