The ATSAMA5D44B-CU is a part of the Microchip ATSAMA5D4 family of microprocessors. It is an ARM Cortex-A5 processor that operates at up to 536MHz and has a Floating Point Unit (FPU) with 32KB of instruction cache, 32KB of data cache, and a 64KB/64KB/256KB hardware-managed Level 1 (L1) instruction/data/Unified Level 2 (L2) cache. It also features 8 32-bit general-purpose internal buses, an Ethernet MAC and PHY, an LCD controller, advanced high-speed USB and Serial interfaces, an SD/MMC/eMMC controller, and a rich set of peripherals that can be used for a wide range of applications.
