The ATSAMR21G17A-MU is a Microchip Microcontroller, part of the SAM R21 family. It is an Atmel ARM Cortex-M0+ based low power microcontroller with 256 kB Flash, 32 kB SRAM and an advanced radio interface, allowing the development of compact, secure, low-power applications with a maximum RF output power of up to +20dBm. It also integrates an Atmel AES 128-bit encryption and supports advanced wireless protocols such as 802.15.4, ZigBee, BLE and 6LoWPAN. It is suitable for low-power wireless remote control applications and devices, as well as home and building automation applications.
