DSC8002 Series 1.8 to 3.3V Programmable Low-Power CMOS Oscillator General Description Features The DSC8002 is a programmable MEMS Frequency Range: 1 to 150MHz based PureSilicon Oscillator. Using the Exceptional Stability over Temperature DragonFly or TimeFlash handheld o 25 PPM, 50 PPM Operating voltage programmer, the end user can program the o 1.8 to 3.3V (nominal) DSC8002 within seconds to any frequency o 1.65 to 3.60V (absolute max) from 1 to 150MHz in increments of 100Hz Operating Temperature Range (up to four decimal point resolution). The o Industrial -40C to 85C nominal operational range spans from 1.8 o Ext.
