The EQCO875SC.3 is a high-performance 8-bit MCU from Microchip with the PIC18 microcontroller core. It features 8 Kbytes of program memory, 256-bytes of EEPROM data memory, 8-level hardware stack, integrated Flash/EEPROM writing and erasing, watchdog timer, four 8-bit timers and two capture/compare/PWM (CCP) modules, analog comparator and A/D converter with as many as seven channels, enhanced USART with hardware flow control, and in-circuit serial programming (ICSP). Additionally, it incorporates the advanced low power sleep mode, which allows the device to operate in extremely low power applications.
