The KSZ8851-32MQLI is a compact, low-power, single-port managed media interface controller from Microchip Technology. The part has a 32-pin MQFP (plastic) package and is targeted for home and small office environment Ethernet-based applications, providing 10/100 Mbps media access control (MAC) and PHY layer functions. The device includes an integrated 5-Port 10/100 Mbps Ethernet switch supporting 2K MAC table size and extensive range of quality of service (QoS) features including 802.1p priority queuing, 802.1Q tagged-based VLAN and up to four priority queues per port. It also has integrated address lookup engine for L2/L3 switching capability with up to 32K routing table size. The part operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, and supports 3.3V or 2.5V power supplies.
