Additional Infomation About Product

The LAN8720AI-CP-TR-ABC is a small footprint RMII 10/100 Ethernet Integrated Circuit (IC) manufactured by Microchip. It is a fully integrated 10BASE-T/100BASE-TX Physical Layer (PHY) transceiver that supports a true media independent interface (MII) and an enhanced reduced media independent interface (RMII) to reduce pin count. The LAN8720AI-CP-TR-ABC provides functions such as layered (2-D) auto-negotiation, fast link-up and startup, and built-in line monitoring and fault detection, as well as 16 configurable LED driver outputs with various patterns for different connective conditions. The IC also features Wake-On-LAN (WOL) support, Low Power Operation down to 10 uA in standby/sleep mode, Internal Automatic Polarity Re-Magic Detection and Correction, Enable/Disable control for Transmit and Receive data paths, and integrated Voltage Regulator for supplying power to external driver ICs.
