The LAN9512-JZX is a Hi-Speed USB 2.0 to 10/100 Ethernet controller from Microchip. It is a Single Chip, Hi-Speed USB 2.0 to 10/100 Ethernet controller with an integrated Physical layer (PHY) device. This device is designed to provide a higher performance, low cost and low-power solution for USB to Ethernet interfaces. It features integrated USB transceiver and PHY, integrated 10/100 Ethernet MAC and PHY, as well as low power consumption. The device also provides support for up to four network interface descriptors, allowing multiple network configurations. The device also features a set of integrated features that provide extra value to system designs such as power management,USB suspend/resume functionality, wake-up capability, VLAN tagging and Wake-On-LAN.
