MASMLJ16AE3 is an 8-bit Flash-based microcontroller with a 16-bit Core PIC microcontroller core from Microchip. It features an enhanced Core PIC 16-bit CPU, 8K bytes of Flash memory, 256 bytes of RAM, and 1800-Volt Enhanced Reset Circuitry. It offers an array of features, such as multiplexed timers, enhanced digital-to-analog conversion (DAC) features, extended temperature range (–40°C to +85°C), ultra-low power consumption, and up to two serial communications channels. It also offers enhanced interrupts, a low pin count, and integrated peripherals for communication, power control, and control functions. MASMLJ16AE3 devices are available in 20-pin packages that are 4-channel multiplexed (MUX) capacitive touch buttons.
