Additional Infomation About Product

The Microchip MCP120T-300I/TT is an open drain low supervisory circuit designed to monitor power supplies in a number of applications. It is a single-channel device with an adjustable threshold of 2.25V, 3V, or 5V. The device, in addition to monitoring power supplies, can be used to detect the presence of an external signal and generate an interrupt. It is powered by a 3V supply, and has a power-down mode that reduces power consumption. The circuit features an open drain output that allows the output to be externally pulled up or pulled down. The product is packaged in an 8-pin SOIC package, making it ideal for space-constrained designs.
