Additional Infomation About Product

The MCP1603LT-120I/OS is a PWM (pulse width modulation) integrated circuit from Microchip. It features an internal oscillator that can be used to generate up to 1.2 MHz of adjustable frequency PWM pulses. The dual-channel controller can provide up to 5 A of peak output current, and supports dimming capability with 1 kHz to 200 kHz PWM frequency output. It also features auto-restart, over-temperature protection, and under-voltage lockout, as well as an adjustable dead time (OFF time) and built-in "shoot-through" prevention. It is designed for use in LED lighting and motor control applications.
