Additional Infomation About Product

The MCP1650R-E/MS is a high-power, single-channel, constant-current DC/DC buck regulator from Microchip. It is designed to provide a regulated output voltage ranging from 0.875V to 6V at up to 50A of current. The device features adjustable operating frequency, internal compensation, and short-circuit and over-temperature protections. It requires an external MOSFET, inductor and two ceramic capacitors to operate, and it is available in an SOIC-8 package.
