MIC5236 Low Quiescent Current Cap LDO Regulator Features General Description Ultra-Low Quiescent Current (I = 20 A I = The MIC5236 is a low quiescent current, Cap Q O 100 A) low-dropout regulator. Outputs As a Cap LDO, the MIC5236 is stable with either a 1.0% Initial Output Accuracy ceramic or a tantalum output capacitor. It only requires Stable with Ceramic or Tantalum Output Capacitor a 1.0 F output capacitor for stability. Load Dump Protection: 20V to +60V Input The MIC5236 includes a logic compatible enable input Transient Survivability and an undervoltage error flag indicator.
