MIC5380/1 High Performance Dual 150mA LDO 1mm x 1mm Thin MLF General Description Features The MIC5380/1 is an advanced dual LDO ideal for 6-pin 1mm x 1mm Thin MLF package powering space constrained portable devices. The 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage range MIC5380/1 provides two independently controlled, high 150mA output current per LDO performance 150mA LDOs in an ultra small 1mm x 1mm High output accuracy 1% typical Thin MLF package. Low quiescent current 32A per LDO Ideal for battery powered applications, the MIC5380/1 Stable with 0402 1F ceramic output capacitors offers 1% typical accuracy, low dropout voltage (155mV at 150mA) and low ground current. The MIC5380/1 can Low dropout voltage 155mV at 150mA also be put into a zero-off-mode current state, drawing Output discharge circuit on MIC5381 virtually no current when disabled. Independent enable pins The MIC5380/1 offers fast transient response and high Thermal shutdown protection PSRR while consuming minimal operating current. When Current limit protection the MIC5381 is disabled an internal resistive load is automatically applied to the output to discharge the output capacitor. Applications The MIC5380/1 is available with fixed output voltages in a Bluetooth headsets lead-free (RoHS compliant) 6-pin 1mm x 1mm Thin MLF package.
