Additional Infomation About Product

The MIC5891BN is a positive voltage regulator from Microchip and is part of the MIC5800 series. The device has a 3-terminal Ultra Low-Dropout (ULDO) design providing very low dropout voltage performance at fast transient response and high PSRR. It features 200 mA of output current, adjustable output voltage between 1.2V and 5.5V with a low 0.03 O typical maximum dropout voltage. The MIC5891BN offers a high level of protection, with overload, current limit, and reverse-polarity protection. The device also features built-in thermal protection with an accuracy up to 6%. With an advanced BiCMOS process, it can operate at a wide temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The MIC5891BN is available in the 3-pin SOT-23 and DFN-8 packages.
