MPLAD6.5KP11CA is part of Microchip’s MPLAB® 6.5K Programmers and Debuggers family of products. It is a 6.5K byte program memory device maker available in 28-pin PDIP, SOIC, and SSOP packages. The device contains 14K of bytes of program memory including 8K bytes of In-System Flash Program memory for reprogramming. It also contains 1K bytes of RAM and a full set of on-chip peripherals including an analog-to-digital converter, an analog comparator, a PWM module, an SPI, and an I2C module. In addition, the device includes an on-chip 6-axis digital gage interface that enables direct connection to six-axis industrial instruments such as vibrating wire gages and load transducers.
