Additional Infomation About Product

TC2117-2.5VDBTR is an ultra-low dropout LDO voltage regulator manufactured by Microchip with a fixed output of 800mA. This regulator is designed to provide a very stable output voltage with a maximum dropout voltage of only 200mV at full load. It also features low ground current and low quiescent current for efficient power management. The device's output is also protected against over-current and short-circuit conditions, and it taps off the input voltage with 6dB better power efficiency than comparable regulator proposals. It also has a fast-start-up time and is provided in a space-saving TDFN package that can reduce circuit board space.
