Additional Infomation About Product

The 6A10-TP is a surface mount thyristor produced by the Micro Commercial Components (MCC) company. It is a bidirectional, SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) type semiconductor component with an incredible 25,000V isolated voltage and a peak repetitive off-state voltage of 600V. It has both current control and voltage control capabilities, with a 10A average on-state current and 6A peak surge current. The 6A10-TP includes a therapeutic ground circuit feature and an 8A transient on-state current rating. It is available in three circuits with two different package types and is suitable for standard residential lighting circuits and HVAC applications.
