The 78L10 is a New Quadratic Unclassified Data voltage regulator manufactured by Microdiode Electronics. It offers up to 10 volts of regulated power in a standard SOT-89 package with RoHS-compliance. It’s a Positive Voltage Regulator with a thermal overload protection and a current output of 1A. It can be owned with either an adjustable or fixed output voltage and offers both short- and thermal-circuit protection. The SOT-89 package is suitable for almost all types of circuit board mounting and is designed to provide high quality power regulation in a wide variety of applications.
