The ME2188C30M5G is a regulated, DC-DC converter SOT23-5 RoHS manufactured by Micro One. It features a wide 4:1 input voltage range (4.5V-18V), as well as a broad operating temperature range (-40°C to +125°C). The ME2188C30M5G has an adjustable output voltage (2.5V to 12V) and is able to provide up to 500mA (without heatsink) of output current. It is equipped with overload, short circuit, thermal, and input under voltage protection. This part is ideal for applications that require tight output voltage regulation, low ripple, and low profile designs.
