Additional Infomation About Product

The ME3116AM6G is a DC-DC converter step-down adjustable voltage regulator manufactured by Micro One. This device is designed for converting higher input voltages to lower output voltages, with an input range of 4.75V to 40V and an output range of 1V, and can deliver up to 1A of current. It features an internal 33mO series P-channel MOSFET, providing excellent efficiency across the operating load and temperature range. It operates over a wide temperature range from -40 °C to +125 °C, and is packaged in a SOT-23-6 RoHS compliant package. The ME3116AM6G is designed for applications such as DC-DC conversion, LED drivers, power distribution, and many industrial control applications.
