IRDA 3 CLICK is a MikroElektronika add-on board in mikroBUS form factor. It gives users an easy way to communicate wirelessly with various infrared based devices. This board features a VS1838B infrared sensor which allows host MCUs to receive signals from other infrared remote controllers and most common IR protocols are supported, such as NEC, RC5 and SIRC. A wide range of applications are possible, such as home automation, human computer interaction and automation systems. The board also contains a potentiometer which can be used to adjust the IR receiver sensitivity. Additionally, all necessary components onboard make IRDA 3 CLICK a compact and easy to use solution.
