The device comprises a sensing element and an IC interface which 2 communicates through I C or SPI from the sensing element to the application. Features The sensing element, which detects absolute Pressure sensor with water resistant pressure, consists of a suspended membrane package manufactured using a dedicated process 260 to 1260 hPa absolute pressure range developed by ST.
