The electronic part UART I2C/SPI CLICK with Click Board from MikroElektronika is a multi-serial protocol rendering solution based on the RS232, I2C, and SPI serial protocols. It features the MAX3237E, SC16IS740, for serial communication and is powered by a 3.3V DC supply. It is designed to provide maximum flexibility for applications such as wireless transceivers, motor control and data acquisition systems, factory automation systems, and smart home applications. It features integrated voltage translation, 3 configurable I/O pins, and enhanced protection from miswiring and electrical overstress. This device performs data translation from the UART (Universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter) to I2C and SPI, allowing communication between two UARTs, two I2Cs, two SPIs, an I2C and an SPI, and a UART and an I2C or an SPI. It is also equipped with two USB power links, allowing communication with multiple boards and components.
