Additional Infomation About Product

The MD7550 is a three-terminal, low-dropout (LDO) positive fixed linear voltage regulator manufactured by Mingda. It is housed in a RoHS-compliant SOT-89-3 package and provides a regulated 5V output with a maximum current output of 120mA. With a typical dropout voltage of only 30mV at 1mA, the MD7550 provides extremely low quiescent current (operating) and very low output noise under a wide range of operating conditions. The device offers an input voltage range of 18V and is ideal for use in mobile devices, automotive applications and power management applications.
