The MX115 with SOT23-6 is a motor driver IC manufactured by Mixic. It is a low noise, low voltage drive IC designed to operate with a wide variety of motor types, with a maximum peak drive current of 115mA and a maximum output voltage of 6V. It has overcurrent protection and adjustable current limiting, and is compliant with the RoHS environmental standards. The MX115 is designed to operate with a wide operating temperature range and is available in a variety of package types. It is suitable for a range of applications, from controlling small DC motors to driving stepper motor coils.
