The package is designed with an array of 8M bits of electrically erasable and programmable non-volatile memory and is able to withstand multiple read/write cycles. The EPROM features a single cycle read latency and an operating voltage range of 2.7V to 3.6V. It has a RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliant lead-free package. The device is also compliant with SPI serial interface protocol. Features of this device include an unlimited read endurance, up to 100,000 program/erase cycles, and support for hardware write protection.
