EVM3620A-QV-00A 24V/2A Module Converter with Integrated Inductor Evaluation Board The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION FEATURES The EVM3620A-QV-00A is an evaluation board 2A Continuous Load Current for MPM3620A, a synchronous rectified, step- 90m /40m Low R Internal Power DS(ON) down module converter with built-in power MOSFETs MOSFETs, inductor and two capacitors. Integrated Inductor Integrated VCC and Bootstrap Capacitors The evaluation board can deliver a 2A Power Save Mode at Light Load continuous output current with excellent load Power Good Indicator and line regulation over a wide input supply OCP Protection and Hiccup range. Thermal Shutdown Current-mode operation provides fast transient Output Adjustable from 0.8V response and eases loop stabilization. Available in QFN20 (3x5x1.6mm) Package Full protection features include over-current Total solution size 6.7mm x7.3mm protection and thermal shut down.
