The MP2565DN-LF-Z is a switching voltage regulator 2.5A, 4MHz, 50V step-down converter manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems (MPS). This device features a high efficiency, low quiescent current Buck converter designed for low power, space-constrained applications. It has a wide 4.5V to 50V input voltage range and can generate output voltages as low as 0.8V with a high tight total variation line regulation. The device also integrates current sensing and thermal shutdown protection. This regulator is as small as a 2mm x 2mm WDFN-6 and provides an output of 2.5A. The PWM switching frequency is adjustable up to 4MHz and has an integrated input capacitance of 4.7uF. The device also has a high level of EMI compliance and offers high noise immunity with internal compensation.
